Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for:

Responsible for designing and executing online marketing strategies to promote a brand, products, or services across the various digital marketing channels.
Handles supervising other members of the digital marketing team.
This role requires knowledge of all the areas of digital marketing, not just a single discipline. Along with creating the strategies for the main marketing channels, a Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for:
Communicating with clients to explain the benefits of investing in digital marketing.
Designing the digital marketing strategy as a whole, ensuring that each channel plays its part.
Explaining the strategy to clients and other vested parties
Monitoring the performance of the strategy.
Optimizing the strategy to yield maximum results.
Optimize digital Media strategy for all product campaigns and creatives to drive consumer connection & conversion and evaluate the key metrics and media performance.
Develop and drive content strategy across all platforms, briefing and working with outside partners to bring concepts and big ideas to life.
Solid communication skills and attention detail to manage all creatives, deliver compelling and clear strategies and present insights.
Plan and roll out integrated digital marketing plan upon key campaigns with a sense of creativity and consumer led insights.
Manage development and distribution of social content strategies across all owned (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.) / earned / paid / shared channels.
Surface and analyse metrics around brand and industry content to deliver insights around content and community performance.
Work closely with creators, communities, and digital platforms for content and platform partnership to expand community and deepen engagement.
Leverage social media technology tools to publish content, monitor conversations and listening topics, engage with fans and analyse performance.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Degree with at least 3-year working experience in similar capacity.
Good command, written and spoken English and Bahasa. Mandarin is an advantage.
Mature passionate about advertising and independent.
Strong ability to demonstrate creative and strong ideas and concepts for branding and marketing.

Creative & Interactive Designer is responsible for:

This position will have full autonomy on products and will shape the approach and strategic direction. As part of a collaborative diverse product team, you’ll help set the vision for end-to-end user experiences and work hands-on to turn that vision into reality.
You will be passionate about developing beautiful, meaningful, human-centred products that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll use that passion to exceed client expectations, inspire your co-workers, and help us build our product capabilities across the studio.
Guide conceptual thinking across project and pitch work.
Design excellent user experiences/visuals through sketches, design comps and interaction/animation design.
Explain your vision through storyboards, interactive page layouts, prototypes, and simulations
Craft beautiful, on-brand presentations for internal work (e.g. pitches) and client workshops/meetings.
Produce ideas, set the design direction, and think beyond basic requirements.
Plan, participate in (and often lead) workshops with colleagues and clients.
Manage studio projects and client needs for creative design services as needed.
Leading a project or as part of a pitch team working on a short timeline.
Manage product development process with production design, delivery of design assets, including style and implementation guide.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a reputable agency environment, leading successful digital projects, which you can demonstrate through an online portfolio of work.
Good command, written and spoken English and Bahasa. Mandarin is an advantage.

Junior Account Executive

Junior Account Executive is responsible for:

We are looking for an innovative junior Account Executive to execute media planning for JEV clientele. This includes determining the client’s needs, coordinating the creative process, recommending solutions, implementation of planning and relationship management. The goal is to deliver the best possible outcome for JEV clientele. Having good industry knowledge and exposure to relevant brands are key aspects of this role.

Media Planning and Execution
Assist seniors in the team in developing media schedules and implementing campaigns as planned.
Roll out strategies and action plans as per expectations and to track post-campaign performance.
Meeting with clients regularly and serving as the contact point between them and JEV partners (creative and production vendors).
Participate in ideation and advertising strategies discussions with clients and assisting them in developing advertising campaigns.
Presenting creative concepts to clients for approval and ensure expectations are in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
Managing the client’s allocated budget toward the advertising campaigns.
Ensuring that the creative and production vendors complete all projects on time and within budget.
Addressing issues and delays in the project and delivering the completed project to the client.
Liaising with clients to organize promotional events that fit in with the goals of the marketing campaign.
Detailed and meticulous with minimum errors in scheduling and rate calculations.
Interpersonal Skills
Maintain a good working relationship with clients, colleagues, and media vendors.
Respond to client concerns and questions in a friendly and courteous manner.
Time Management
Ensure all work given is delivered in a timely manner and according to the brief given.
Maintain a pro-active attitude on work and clientele management
Knowledge

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Degree in Accounting
First class organizational and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English, Bahasa).

Ability to manage budgets on behalf of clients.
Familiar on the creative processes and techniques (digital, static and hybrid platforms).
